Et voila… au mois d’aout mon plus grand commencera en Year 1 et nous avons le choix de l’inscrire a la cantine ou de lui preparer son lunch. Comme je ne suis pas une grande fan de Sodexho et que je suis convaincue que le lunch box peut etre bien plus sain et economique, cette page sera dediee a toutes les idees de lunch boxes qui me viendront!
1) Le contenant
Fini le papier alu pas ecologique ou le Tupperware tout triste et vive le concept Bento. Un contenant avec petits compartiments, pour mettre plein de petites choses dans tous les sens. Voila qui va amuser les enfants et les derider au moment du “lunch tartines”
Les bonnes idees:
- les petits moules a cupcakes pour creer de plus petits compartiments dans le grand contenant
- Des cure dents pour faire tenir ensemble les rondelles de fruits, legumes
- Les brochettes de fruits, de legumes
